Field Note Nº 001 · Entry PointWarren, PA · Filed by K.W.

I know I'm capable
of more than this.
I just don't know how
to get back on track.

That sentence is where almost every client of mine starts. Soulforge Method is coaching for people who are tired of feeling stuck — and ready to build the discipline, structure, and strength to handle life on life's terms.

Note Nº 002 · The Mirror

You've said all
of these out loud.

  1. 01"I keep saying I'm going to change, but I never do."
  2. 02"I don't even recognize the person looking back at me."
  3. 03"I know I should start, but I don't know where."
  4. 04"I've tried before. I always quit by week three."
  5. 05"I don't have the time. I don't have the energy. I'm intimidated."
  6. 06"My partner doesn't get it. I'm doing this alone."

None of these are character flaws. They're the predictable result of trying to rebuild without structure. We fix the structure first.

Note Nº 003 · The MethodFull breakdown →

The one thing I can give you
that no app will:the confidence to trust yourself again.

I

Discipline

We define your minimum — what you do on the worst day of the week. That becomes the contract we never negotiate.

II

Structure

A simple, repeatable training and nutrition framework you can find again on day 47, day 147, day 1,470.

III

Discomfort

We rehearse it on purpose, on a calendar, in safe doses — so when life gets lifey, your nervous system is ready.

Note Nº 004 · How We Work

Four rounds.
Not a funnel.

I don't do a sales call. I do a conversation. If we're a fit, we work together. If we're not, I'll tell you who is, free of charge.

Open Round One →
  1. Round 1

    The Conversation

We talk. Not a pitch. I want to know what you've already tried, what broke, and what you actually want — not what you think you should want.

  2. Round 2

    The Honest Map

Together we write down where you are, where you want to go, and what's standing between the two. Includes your minimum, your structure, and your first 4-week block.

  3. Round 3

    The Work

Programming, weekly check-ins, real conversations when life gets lifey. Adjustments on real data, not guesses. This is the part most coaches skip.

  4. Round 4

    The Handoff

By month six the goal is that you don't need me the way you did in month one. I'd rather you walk out strong than stay forever.

Note Nº 005 · What You'll Be Saying

Three sentences you'll write
in your own journal,
somewhere around month four.

On stuck

"I've stopped feeling stuck. I'm actually moving in the right direction now — and I know how to keep moving when I'm tired."

Month 4 · Anonymized client entry

On habits

"I'm building healthy habits I can actually stick with. Not the kind that fall apart the first time my week gets bad."

Month 5 · Anonymized client entry

On identity

"I feel stronger. I feel more confident. I'm proud of who I'm becoming — and I don't recognize the person who used to make excuses for me."

Month 6 · Anonymized client entry

Note Nº 006 · The Ledger

What clients say,
on the record.

All stories →

"Eight months in, I deadlift more than I weigh, I've been sober seventeen months, and I'm not afraid of my own physical decline anymore. Kris built the structure I should have had twenty years ago.

R.M. · 36 · Bricklayer · 8 months in

"I'd quit three programs in two years before I found Soulforge. The difference isn't the workouts. The difference is he made me name a minimum — and that minimum saved me on the worst week of my life.

D.K. · 41 · Nurse · 11 months in

"I'm a recovery support specialist. I knew the language. What I didn't have was someone who'd lived it and could coach the body side of it. Kris is the only person I trust to do both.

T.P. · 33 · Recovery Support Specialist · 6 months in

Initials and roles only. We don't post before-and-afters here. People aren't transformation content.

Note Nº 008 · The Coach

Why a coach who's
been in the dark place
matters.

Before I was a coach I was a Substance Use Disorder counselor. I'm in long-term recovery myself, and that foundation is how I coach discipline, resilience, and real change. I don't sell quick fixes. I haven't lived a quick fix.

Frequently Asked

I don't have time. I'm not even sure I can commit.
Good. That's the first thing we'll fix. The minimum I'll ask you to commit to is small enough that 'I don't have time' stops being a true sentence. If after the conversation it's still true, I'll tell you to come back later — and I'll mean it.
I've tried before and failed. Why is this different?
Because we're going to design the program assuming you'll have bad weeks. Most programs assume you won't. That's why they break the first time real life shows up.
I'm intimidated. I haven't trained in years.
I work with people in your exact spot every month. The first session is light on purpose. We're not trying to impress anyone. We're trying to build a body that can hold the rest of your life.
Do you do 30-day transformations?
No. I refuse to. Real change takes time, structure, and accountability. If a 30-day promise is what you're looking for, I'm the wrong coach.
Note Nº 009 · Last Page

Hope. Healing.
Human Connection.
That's where change starts.

Life gets lifey. You've got to learn how to handle it on its terms. If you're ready to start, I'm one conversation away.
