Field Note Nº 020 · The MethodWarren, PA · 41.84°N

Three ways to work together. No prices on this page.

I don't list pricing here because the answer depends on what you actually need. We figure that out in the first conversation. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you, and I'll point you somewhere that is.

01

Soulforge Method

Flagship · 6-Month Transformation

The full program. Discipline architecture, strength training, nutrition structure, and the human accountability behind it.

Best for

People who are ready to rebuild from the foundation up and want a coach in their corner for the whole climb.

This is the program I built the business around. It's a six-month commitment because real change isn't six weeks — and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something I refuse to sell. The first thirty days we spend defining your minimum, your structure, and the contract you're going to keep with yourself when no one is watching. That foundation is the entire reason the next five months work.

Programming is custom. Four training sessions a week, designed around your real life — the job, the kids, the sleep, the stress. Strength is the spine of the program (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry) and we build conditioning on top of it. Nutrition coaching is included: real food, sustainable structure, no powders or pills. Weekly check-ins by video. Direct text access to me when life gets lifey.

By month six, the goal is that you don't need me the way you did in month one. The scaffolding comes down. You walk out the door with a body that can carry the rest of your life and a structure you'll keep using for the next forty years.

02

Online Coaching

Ongoing · Programming + Accountability

Custom programming and weekly accountability, anywhere. For people who already have a foundation and want it pushed further with structure.

Best for

Self-motivated lifters who want structure, expert eyes, and real accountability — without the rah-rah.

Online coaching is for the person who has already done the hard work of becoming someone who trains. You don't need me to teach you what discipline means — you've built that. What you need is programming that adapts to your real life, an outside eye on your patterns, and a coach who'll tell you the truth when you're under-recovering or over-reaching.

Custom training program updated monthly. Weekly check-ins by video or written, your preference. Form review on any lift you film. Direct text access for the questions that come up at 6 a.m. when you're standing in front of the bar. Nutrition guidance available as an add-on or integrated, depending on what you need.

I take a small number of online clients at a time because I do not run a content factory. If you're after the cheapest cookie-cutter program on the internet, that's not me. If you want someone who actually knows your name, your training age, and what your week looked like — that's what this is.

03

Recovery & Rebuild

Specialty 1:1 · Slow on Purpose

For people in early recovery, returning from a long pause, or rebuilding after a hard chapter. Slow, structured, and human first.

Best for

Anyone in active recovery, rebuilding after a long pause, or working with a clinical team that wants a coach who actually understands the work.

This is the program I am most careful about. It exists because I have lived a version of it. Recovery & Rebuild is for the person whose nervous system is not calm, whose sleep is not fine, whose life is in the early innings of being put back together. The gym, in this program, is a tool inside a much bigger project.

We start almost embarrassingly slow. Three short sessions a week. Walking. Bodyweight work. A hang from a bar. The training is not the point — the training is the wrapper. The point is to build the habit of arriving on a calendar, especially on the days the old voice gets loud. We measure success by the rep that happened, not the rep that was hard.

I work in close coordination with whatever recovery support you already have — sponsor, therapist, support group, IOP, all of it. I am not a substitute for any of that. I am a piece that fits into a larger structure. As a Certified Recovery Specialist and Family Recovery Specialist, I take that fit seriously and stay in my lane.

Note Nº 024 · About Pricing

Why pricing isn't
posted here.

Because the honest price depends on which program fits you, how often we work, and whether you need add-ons like nutrition support. I'd rather tell you the real number in a real conversation than post a menu that may not apply to you.
